Booking of any Marhaba Service should be done at least 3 – 4 days before travel, but in the lean season, bookings are also possible 24 hours before travel.

How will I locate the Marhaba person?

The Passenger name is mentioned on the Marhaba digital display board when you enter the Terminal in case of Bronze meet and greet. For Silver service, the passenger name is mentioned on the Placard as well as the Digital display board. If you fail to find the name, just contact any of the Marhaba staff at the terminal entrance and they will assist.
