New flights to Bangkok, Thailand
Looking at the huge traffic to Bangkok, one more flight has been added to the already existing flights connecting Mumbai and Bangkok.
Thailand based low-cost carrier Nok Air will commence daily return flights from Mumbai to Bangkok, effective Monday, October 28, 2024.
The flights will be operated using the B737-800 aircraft, offering a total capacity of 189 seats. In Bangkok, these flights will land at the Don Mueang International Airport (DMK airport), which is the airport for low-cost carriers and not the regular Bangkok airport (BKK).
The timings for the flight are very convenient for tourists as well as business travelers:
- Flight DD 939 will depart from Mumbai at 0205 and land at Bangkok DMK airport at 0745.
- Return flight DD 938 will depart from Bangkok (DMK) at 2205 and arrive in Mumbai at 0105 (next day).
Nok Air has three fare classes:
- Nok Lite – cheapest fare which has only 7 kg cabin bag included.
- Nok X-Tra – in addition to 7 kg cabin bag, you also get a 20 kg check-in baggage allowance for international travel and 15 kg for domestic (within Thailand) travel, plus seat selection.
- Nok Max – 7 kg cabin bag and 30 kg check-in baggage allowance for international flights and 25 kg check-in baggage allowance for domestic (within Thailand), seat selection, snack box (domestic flights), lounge access, priority boarding.
